10. Other houses on the cul-de-sac
11. Small pink rose bush
12. My car, silver Dodge Intrepid
13. My mailbox
How's that for restful and peaceful and SO much better than looking at the four blank walls where I used to work.

Hi, M-N,
I have a lovely office with a chartreuse green cushie chair, a conference table and a 50's desk that was left in this house by the previous owners cuz it weighs a ton. I have a rug that the cat peed on only about three times (grr) that was EXPENSIVE. I have framed 1979 romance calender book cover art, of Woodiwiss and Rosemary Rogers covers. But I don't see any of that. I only see my laptop, cuz I sit on the sofa in the den and face away from the windows in there!
I guess it's cuz it's the hub of the house and I can know what's going on w/the teenagers and hubby. Oh, and the 15 yr old dog who has to go out all the time.
My poor, wasted office...
